Biography
Olivia Kastebring is a Stockholm-based director whose documentaries and story-driven narratives capture the full spectrum of human emotion with raw sensitivity. She has a rare gift for putting subjects at ease on camera, drawing out unguarded moments that feel both intimate and real.
Her documentary ‘Silvana’ won Best Documentary at the Guldbaggen, Sweden's top film award. Her latest feature ‘Alexandra: If Not Seen, We Don't Exist’ profiles nightclub pioneer Alexandra Charles, premiering at Gothenburg Film Festival 2025. Her recent commercial work for SEB and Lindex carries that same emotional intention.
