Caroline Koning

Caroline Koning is a Dutch director whose work combines sharp visual instinct with a contemporary, poetic sensibility. Trained as a ballerina and shaped by years in the fashion industry, she draws on these experiences to shape her storytelling, building a strong portfolio across fashion, luxury, and culture with clients including Nike, Loewe, Wrangler, and Roberto Cavalli.

Self-taught and driven by curiosity, Caroline takes a character-focused approach to each project. Beyond her filmmaking, she is committed to industry equity, having served as an ambassador for Free the Work and continuing to mentor emerging talent.
