Nina Holmgren is a Danish award-winning filmmaker. Her unique background in fine art, documentaries, and as a former champion athlete, comes through effortlessly. She's never afraid of mixing art forms or pushing boundaries by using all of the filmmaking tools at her disposal. Her work is contemporary, and she has a remarkable eye combining storytelling and aesthetic expression, creating her own heightened surreality. 

The Danish filmmaker has quickly established herself as a powerful and sought after voice in filmmaking, winning D&AD’s Best New Director and AICP’s Best Visual Style. Her first short film “I Want You to Panic” is an artistic exploration of the indifference towards the climate crisis, winning Gold at the YDA's in Cannes.

Since then, Nina's innovative aesthetic has led to interesting collaborations across the fashion and advertising industry, including Mercedes-Benz, Adidas, Google, Beats By Dre and Vogue.
