Biography
Ludvig Frøkjær Thomsen could never have escaped his destiny as a filmmaker. Shaped by an upbringing immersed in art, literature, and classical music, it wasn't long before he had a camera in hand and a vision in mind. Ludvig’s work stems from his keen instinct for observation: lingering long enough to catch the moment when tragedy and humour collide.
This approach has quickly earned him recognition: 'The Hairline' earned Silver at Cannes Young Directors Award and Gold at Ciclope Berlin (2025), while 'Tummy Troubles' took Gold at the True Awards.
